Can you see me way back when?
When I ran out into the snow
Everything was frozen then
So how could I know?

That a heart can not mend
With time alone
That love lost can not be found
Through fire and ice and stone

You came to me like a vision then
Filled with touch and tears and light
I thought you must be what I’ve been waiting for
Oh you felt so right

In that moment I knew I was saved
And I reentered this world yeah
And in that moment I knew 
there was so much to say
So I came your way
